Adam
Byrne

I turn founder-brain chaos into systems people can run, software can scale, and AI can accelerate.

Operator, designer, and builder of the useful machinery behind fast teams: workflows, interfaces, launch systems, media engines, and AI tools that make small teams feel unfairly large.

The Short Version
Illustration of Adam working outdoors

Currently running two AI-native product builds with 24–48-hour concept-to-prototype cycles: PoolParty (founder, five-year build of a programmable public-broadcasting platform) and EPonGO (lead developer, AI-built streaming platform shipped end-to-end in four months). Former president of AquaStar, a $10M, 200+ person vertically-integrated manufacturer with a wholly-owned factory in Qingdao — where I built ERP-style operational systems from scratch and owned the P&L. The rare combination an early-stage founder needs: a one-person internal-tools team who has also actually run a company at scale.

AI-Accelerated
  • Built the thesis, product, brand, and technical architecture for a platform turning public screens into programmable shared media spaces
  • Designed core primitives — Blocks, Pools, SuperBlocks — that unify creative participation, sponsor inventory, and value flow in a single visible accounting layer
  • Live programming partnership with Edge Esmeralda — channel programming, audience-submitted blocks via QR, sponsor airtime
  • AI-assisted development collapsed weeks of work into days; concept-to-shipped-prototype now runs at 24–48-hour cycles
  • One-person product / creative / strategy team across the full stack: thesis, UX, brand, technical scoping, vendor management, and fundraising

Equity Exit
  • Grew revenue every year of management tenure by launching new product categories and expanding manufacturing capability
  • Built ERP-style operational systems from scratch — structured data models, KPI dashboards, workflow management
  • Drove margin lift across all product lines via cost-down programs: materials redesign, process changes, tooling investments
  • Redesigned workflows across purchasing, inventory, production scheduling, QC, and margin tracking — from tribal knowledge to systems that scaled
  • Led cross-functional org design across production, engineering, sourcing, QC, logistics, sales, marketing — US and China
